We take reasonable care with descriptions, photographs, years, weights and specifications. Natural tea, handmade packaging, screens and lighting may cause minor variations in colour, texture or appearance. Availability may change without notice.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Displayed product prices include standard worldwide shipping unless the product page or checkout clearly states otherwise. Import duties, local taxes, expedited delivery and special handling are not included unless expressly stated.

An order is an offer to purchase. We may verify payment, stock, delivery feasibility and suspected fraud before acceptance. A contract is accepted when we send an order confirmation or dispatch notice. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and refund any captured payment.

Payment methods shown at checkout may include PayPal, eligible debit or credit cards, or instructions confirmed by email. Payment is handled by the selected provider under its own terms. You authorize the displayed total and are responsible for lawful use of the payment method.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes when the order is delivered to the address supplied. Ownership passes after full cleared payment. Address, customs, tracking and damage procedures are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellations follow our Returns & Refunds policy. Customized, made-to-order and opened food products may be restricted as described there, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent information, copy protected content commercially or use the site unlawfully. Product names, photographs, logos and site content remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, customs delays, carrier disruption or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by laws applicable to the seller in the People's Republic of China, while mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected. We may update these terms prospectively; the current version will remain available here.
