Order processing
In-stock tea normally leaves our warehouse within 2–4 business days. Customized packaging and business orders follow the production schedule confirmed with you.
Worldwide delivery
Worldwide standard shipping is included in every product price. Tracking details are provided before dispatch.
Delivery time
Estimated transit time and tracking are sent by email before dispatch. Remote destinations, customs inspections and public holidays may extend delivery times.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, local taxes and customs handling charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing for a business order.
Address and tracking
Please check the recipient name, telephone number and full address before placing the order. Contact us promptly if tracking shows an exception.
Damage in transit
Report visible damage, loss or an incorrect item within 7 days of delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the parcel and product.
